Missing Tenn. woman last seen in Fries

Grayson County Sheriff Richard Vaughan reported on Sept. 22 that Peggy McMickle was found with family members in Fries last week by Grayson deputies. "Everything was fine," Vaughan said.


FRIES — A Bristol TV news report says a woman missing from East Tennessee was last seen in Fries.

WCYB reports that Peggy McMickle has not been heard from since Sept. 12.

McMickle reportedly has family in Fries and in New Mexico.

Police in Tennessee describe McMickle as 50 years old; 5 feet, 5 inches tall, 150 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.

She could be driving a 1999 red or maroon Chevy Tracker with New Mexico license plate MXS237, which expires in March 2015.
