The Grayson County Sheriff's Department is seeking two suspects in an armed robbery at a Galax residence, in which prescription drugs and cas were stolen.

According to a report from Sheriff Richard Vaughan, Grayson County deputies responded to a call the afternoon of March 8 to 135 Mockingbird Lane in the Oldtown community to a possible armed robbery.

The suspects had left the area prior to the deputies' arrival.

“The victim reported that the two suspects worked together to rob him of $130 and 120 Percocet pain pills,” Vaughan said.

After an extensive follow-up investigation by Investigator Todd Perkins, warrants were obtained on Adam Franklin Asbhy, 40, of Mockingbird Lane and Alma K. Prescott, 29, of Radford, for robbery, possession of schedule II pills (Percocet), grand larceny and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
