Absentee voting for primaries ends June 8

Virginia voters eligible to vote absentee for the upcoming primary elections may cast their absentee ballot in person at general registrar offices Saturday.
Voters must meet one of 17 eligibility requirements to vote absentee. See details at www.sbe.virginia.gov.
For voters interested in voting absentee by mail, applications are available online at the State Board of Elections website or at local voter registration offices.
Voters requesting to vote absentee by mail must submit an application to the local registrar’s office by 5 p.m. June 4.
The last day to vote absentee in-person at the local registrar’s office is June 8. Identification will be requested for in-person absentee voting.
