In today’s atmosphere of rush, rush, rush and “me-ism,” I have to say how nice it is to belong to a bank where I’m not just a number on a computer!
The employees are helpful, kind and really care. When I have a question, they are knowledgeable and I understand the answer.
I also have an up-to-the-minute, online statement that is easy to understand and is accurate.
While grocery shopping, they wave and smile, and it makes me feel comfortable knowing they are there. Unusual!
