NEWSPAPER IN EDUCATION (NIE) PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT

Dear NIE Participant,

The purpose of this form is to help participants understand the purpose
of the program and the commitment as a participant.

Donations from individuals, businesses and corporations have been
used to help fund newspapers for your educational use. As a participant
of the program you are agreeing to receive sponsor-paid newspapers at
no-cost to you for use as an educational material in the classroom. To
ensure that these newspapers are being received we ask that each participant:

Report missed deliveries or incomplete orders.

Notify Galax Gazette of the following:

• Changes of contact information
• Changes in order counts and delivery days
• Discontinuation of participation in the program

Provide a valid email address for NIE correspondence from Galax Gazette.
