INDEPENDENCE — A Grayson County High School teacher is among four people named in indictments unsealed recently, after formal charges were placed April 27 by a Grayson County Circuit Court grand jury.
Mark Allen Osborne, 33, of Independence, was indicted on a charge of using a communications system to solicit a child for illegal acts.
According to the indictment, the charge involved a minor child at least 15 years old and less than 18 years old.
Osborne is an agriculture teacher at GCHS. He is free after posting a $10,000 bond.
