HILLSVILLE — Carroll deputies have sought warrants charging three Gallagher, W.Va., men with breaking and entering at Crowders quarry in Laurel, according to Sheriff Warren Manning.
Deputies have charged Luke Harley McBrayer, 30, with breaking and entering from an incident in January, according to a news release from the sheriff's office. Investigators Fred Bobbitt and Shannon Goad followed up on leads gathered since then.
These leads took the investigation to Bland County and to West Virginia.
