Woodlawn School showing its age

WOODLAWN — Carroll County’s oldest school got a little more decrepit during the summer. Educators plan to abandon the facility within a couple of years.
Woodlawn School displays, on close inspection, a growing number of infirmities of age.
That’s one of the reasons Carroll educators chose to leave it out of Phase III school improvements as they prepare to shift students there to another facility.
