ROANOKE — Federal officials have an interest in the activities of a Woodlawn man whom Hillsville police recently charged with several misdemeanors and one felony after a July 22 traffic stop on U.S. 58.
Ronald Lee Davis, 49, of Woodlawn was due in Carroll County General District Court on a bond hearing related to charges arising from the incident in which he fled from town Investigator Alan Gravley. He was pulled over in a 1999 Misubishi Mirage for improper registration.
