LOW PRESSURE WILL TRACK EAST THROUGH THE OHIO VALLEY AND MERGE WITH A LOW THAT WILL DEVELOP IN THE SOUTHERN APPALACHIANS AND TRACK TO THE MID ATLANTIC COAST BY WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON.
