Supervisor Joshua Hendrick reported to fellow supervisors at a recent meeting that he had already been talking to the state secretary of natural resources about wind energy and related issues.
From that, Hendrick learned about a model ordinance for utility-scale wind energy projects created by the Department of Environmental Quality.
