HILLSVILLE — Out of a number of water and sewer regulations before the Carroll Board of Supervisors July 14, the controversial ones got tabled after public hearings and the others were approved.
The supervisors looked at updating the county’s floodplain ordinance, which has been in place since 1983, according to County Attorney Jim Cornwell, and six regulations for the Public Service Authority.
