Ruth Richardson Osborne, 83, of Troutdale, died May 23, 2012, at Grayson Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Independence.
She was born July 9, 1928, at Troutdale to late Frank and Callie Blevins Richardson.
She was the widow of Talmage Osborne.
Survivors include two sons and spouse, Danny and Jean Richardson of Graham, N.C., and David Osborne of the home; daughter and spouse, Tammy and Tim Grubb of Troutdale; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
