INDEPENDENCE — The Oracle Institute's religious discrimination case against Grayson County has been rescheduled to Sept. 1 and 2.
The trial originally was set for May 5 and 6.
Grayson County Administrator Jonathon Sweet said the trial was delayed due to the death of Supervisor Mike Maynard's father just days before the trial was to begin.
