Randy Lee Anders, guilty of damage to property, $1,000 and assault and battery of a family member; sentenced to 24 months in jail, suspended; be on good behavior 36 months; submit to substance abuse screening; waive Fourth Amendment right; supervised probation for one year; pay $1,250 costs and $925 restitution to Jesse Soles; have no contact with the complaining witnesses; given credit for time served.
Bertha Mae Stinson, guilty of two counts of driving suspended, third within 10 years; sentenced to 24 months in jail and $4,500 in fines, 18 months and $3,500 suspended; be on good behavior 36 months; submit to substance abuse screening; waive Fourth Amendment right; supervised probation for six months; pay $983.90 costs; operator’s license suspended 90 days; home confinement for a portion of this sentence; given credit for time served.
Jeremy William Shaffer, guilty of statutory burglary and grand larceny; sentenced to six years and one day in jail, six years suspended; be on good behavior six years; submit to substance abuse screening; waive Fourth Amendment right; supervised probation for three years; pay $1,680 costs; pay $5,040 restitution to Peggy Lewis and $100 restitution to Debbie and David Fields; submit DNA sample; prohibited from possessing a firearm; given credit for time served.
