Randy Eugene Osborne, guilty of distribution of a schedule II drug – meth, and PWID schedule II drug – meth; sentenced to 31 years in jail, 30 are suspended; referral to Grayson County Day Reporting Program in lieu of incarceration for 12 months; be on good behavior 31 years; submit to substance abuse screening; waive Fourth Amendment right; supervised probation for three years; community service; pay $3,771 costs; pay restitution; operator’s license suspended 12 months; submit DNA sample; destruction of contraband held in investigation; prohibited from possessing a firearm; given credit for time served.
