Susan Elise Fisher, guilty of possession with intent to distribute a schedule II drug, possession of a schedule II drug, possession of a schedule I drug and possession of a firearm with a schedule II drug; sentenced to 10 years in jail, 9 years and 3 months are suspended; be on good behavior 10 years; serve 9 month sentence in the Grayson County Day Reporting Center; submit to substance abuse screening; waive fourth amendment right; supervised probation for five years; pay $3,835 costs; operator’s license suspended 18 months; destruction of contraband held in investigation; given credit for time served.
