David Ray Fields, 20, guilty of distribution of schedule II and distribution of marijuana; sentenced to 10 years in jail and $20,000 fine, eight years and 10 months are suspended and the fine of $20,000; be on good behavior nine years; submit to substance abuse screening; waive fourth amendment right; supervised probation for four years; pay $2,030 costs; pay restitution; operator’s license suspended six months; given credit for time served.

Angela Denise Landreth, 41, guilty of petit larceny, third offense; sentenced to one year in jail and $2,500 fine, one year suspended and $1,250 of fine is suspended; be on good behavior one year; waive fourth amendment right; supervised probation for six months; pay $950 costs.
