Joseph Robert Slayton, guilty of unlawfully obtaining marijuana and unlawfully obtaining a schedule II drug; sentenced to six years in jail, suspended; be on good behavior six years; submit to substance abuse screening; supervised probation for two years; operator’s license suspended six months; submit DNA sample; destruction of contraband held in investigation; given credit for time served.

Dennis Carvin Woods, guilty of giving a false statement on consent form; sentenced to two years in jail, suspended; be on good behavior two years; submit to substance abuse screening; waive Fourth Amendment right; supervised probation for two years; pay $985 costs; submit DNA sample; prohibited from possessing a firearm; given credit for time served.
Kenneth Wayne Spencer, guilty of felony offender escape without force, possession of explosive material after having been a convicted felon and trespassing; sentenced to six years and 12 months in jail, five years and 15 months are suspended; be on good behavior for six years; submit to substance abuse screening; waive Fourth Amendment right; supervised probation for three years; pay $2,384 costs; submit DNA sample; destruction of contraband held in investigation; prohibited from possessing a firearm; given credit for time served.
