HILLSVILLE — An emergency protective order requested by Carroll’s assistant administrator against the Pine Creek supervisor expired Tuesday, according to court officials.
A hearing on the protective order sought by Assistant Administrator Nikki Shank against Supervisor Bob Martin was set in Carroll General District Court on Tuesday before its time limit ran out.
The protective order and a civil complaint filed by Shank accuse Martin of harassment.
