Okay, so now what for Carroll?

 Providing there is not some unknown fissure lying under the New River, and that fissure doesn’t suddenly open up within the next few months and create some great, unbridgeable chasm, Carroll County will be in the River Ridge District beginning in the 2013-14 school year.

The VHSL’s executive committee Wednesday did reverse the redistricting and reclassification committee’s recommendation of also placing Franklin County into the RRD, but did not move on sending Carroll anywhere else.
