HILLSVILLE — A probation violation charge led to more legal difficulties for a Cana man when a Carroll County deputy discovered meth and a firearm nearby on May 25, 2012.
Glen Donald McMillian had appear in Carroll County Circuit Court on Feb. 21 before Judge Robert Turk to answer charges of possession of a schedule 1 or 2 drug, possession of a firearm after being convicted of a violent felony and possession of a firearm while in possession of a schedule 1 or 2 drug.
