I read the Readers’ Hotline to determine if misinformation exists that I may have to correct in my job.
Mostly, I hear negative comments from readers about the Hotline — a likely result of the generally negative content. Yet, it creates an engaging drama that attracts readers who support its existence.
Unfortunately, the Hotline hinders economic development and state support when business executives or Richmond policymakers read about our problems and bickering, leading to a poor community image.
