Indictments include sexual assault, drugs

HILLSVILLE — Carroll County Circuit Court officials have released several unsealed indictments, relating to either illegal drug or sexual assault charges.
An indictment is a formal charge obtained in the judicial process, not a finding of guilt.
The court typically seals charges prior to the people named in them being served with warrants.
Those named in this batch of indictments include:
• Joseph Lee Moore Sr., 60,  forcible sodomy (four counts)
