INDEPENDENCE –– Unlike the other 14 teams that played their way into the Dixie Boys AAA and Majors state tournaments, Grayson County didn’t have to win a thing to get a spot in the field as the host team receives automatic berths. Be that as it may, it didn’t take long for both Grayson County teams to prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that they belonged there.
