I have an interesting story from Smoke on the Mountain.
As I was making my rounds on Friday morning to see if any of the teams needed anything, I came across one of the pro team members with a sad look on his face.
He mentioned he had driven 12 hours for the competition and had forgotten the cherry wood he uses to smoke his pork. I told him I would see what I could do.
