Good sentenced for first-degree murder

INDEPENDENCE — Marcus Justin Good, 30, of Chilhowie has been sentenced to 85 years in prison in connection with the stabbing death of Stacy J. Richardson.

Circuit Court Judge Bret Geisler sentenced Good to 80 years in prison on the first-degree murder charge and five years for grand larceny in the theft of Richardson’s 1992 Pontiac Sunbird.

Good appeared at a sentencing hearing in Grayson Circuit Court in December 2007.
