\Walking into Galax High School on Monday, one could hear the announcement from principal Bill Sutherland giving students instructions on how to get a game ticket and a spot on the bus for the over-nighter being planned for later in the week.

A stroll into the gym, and one could see Maroon Tide players Lawrence Parsons, Austin Pack and Devonte McKinney slamming home alley-oop passes from the little guys in P.E. class (some more successfully than others).
