FLOYD –– Floyd County rallied from an eight-point halftime deficit with a big third quarter and defeated Grayson County 67-53 in a nondistrict boys’ game Monday night.
The Blue Devils (4-3) had defeated the Buffaloes (4-1) by 14 points two weeks ago and led 33-25 at intermission, but Floyd County outscored Grayson County 22-5 in the third quarter and never trailed again in claiming a 14-point win.
Tucker Crawford and Cole Peters each scored 17 points to lead the Buffaloes, who have not lost since dropping their season opener to Grayson.
