UPDATE - Sheriff's office officials say that James Grimes has been arrested.
HILLSVILLE — Carroll County authorities consider a 32-year-old man one of their "most wanted."
James Richard Grimes, no address given, is wanted on a drug charge of possession of schedule 1 or 2 controlled substance, according to information from the Carroll Sheriff's Office.
