ROANOKE — A 32-year-old Galax man faces enhanced penalties after pleading guilty to illegal drug offenses where there were guns involved.
Shannon Donithan appeared in federal court in Roanoke on Tuesday on a charge of conspiracy to distribute more than 500 grams of a mixture containing methamphetamine, court papers say.
The maximum penalty that could arise includes a $10 million fine and a prison term of life, according to the plea agreement in the case.
