Dannelly 10k draws record turnout

 The New River Trail-Dr. Ed Dannelly III 10k continues to grow in popularity with a record number of participants turning out for the event on May 5.

A race that drew 93 total participants just five years ago, 120 runners competed in the 10k alone, with another 75 taking part in the 5k walk. The 195 total shattered last year’s record of 172.
