CVS robbery suspect pleads guilty

HILLSVILLE — One day after being indicted by a Carroll County grand jury in the June 24 robbery of CVS in Galax, a 32-year-old New Millport, Penn., man has pleaded guilty in the case.
Galax police sought Brian Richard Sloppy after a suspect entered the drug store on East Stuart Drive and gave a pharmacy technician a note that demanded schedule II prescription narcotics.
