INDEPENDENCE — Grayson County is offering two tax relief programs that benefit local veterans, the elderly and the disabled.
At the April meeting of the Grayson Board of Supervisors, Commissioner of the Revenue Larry Bolt talked about the county’s real estate tax relief program for the elderly and disabled. Passing around a handout for the program, Bolt explained that his office provides an initial questionnaire to the public, to give citizens an opportunity to see if they may qualify.
