Congress gives the typical taxpayer a sad, sob story about the national debt.
If the taxpayer really knew what their taxes were going to, they would be outraged.
I am going to let you in on what I think is a direct hit on the intelligence of Americans. These are true causes that Congress has spent our money on.
They have spent millions of your tax money to study why monkeys throw their feces. Another good one is the study of the mating habits of quails in China.
