Conflict of interest issue could be settled

HILLSVILLE  — Will the conflict of interest accusations against construction inspectors for the Fancy Gap water and sewer project finally get settled when the Carroll Public Service Authority holds a special meeting at 7 a.m. Tuesday?
The authority announced the special meeting Friday, days after the PSA members went into a 90-minute closed session at their regular June gathering last Monday.
