Community donors thanked

-A A +A

We would like to thank and recognize the businesses and people in our community for participating in the Mary Kay “Adopt-A-Grandparent” project.
Each donation enabled us to provide a Christmas stocking stuffed with hygiene products for both men and woman at our local Trinity Mission nursing home in Hillsville.
Thank you for adding a little joy to these residents at Christmas time.
Businesses and people that donated include Greg Crowder (Mayor of the Town of Hillsville), Peggy Alexander, Cavalier Xpress, Fancy Gap Auctions, Red Hill General Store, Three Cheers, Lemons Jewelry, New You Salon, Atlantic Bay, Camp Sons of Confederate Veterans 1691, Horton's Supermarket, Tlaquepaque, EmbroideryVille, Delp's Photography, Gladeville Grocery. Wolf Glade Grocery, Heritage Shop, Grimes Green House and Cockerham's.
Participating independent beauty consultants were Brooke Rippey, Nikki Ogle, Alysha Alexander and Ashley Cooper.
We all thank our Mary Kay Sales Director Tess Caldwell for giving us this project to help others in our community.
We hope everyone in our caring community has a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
