HILLSVILLE — Contractors take note: Carroll County Public Schools have millions of dollars of work available on expansions to two facilities.
Educators began the bidding process Monday on projects that would add the ninth grade to the high school and turn the intermediate school into a facility to house grades sixth through eight.
The school system has $15 million in bonds from the federal stimulus to work with so far.
