HILLSVILLE — An accreditation report for Carroll County schools shows that the division once again made "10 for 10" under state test score standards, but missed the mark set by the federal No Child Left Behind act.
Director of School Improvement Beverly Parker rapidly summarized 18 pages of reports for the Virginia Standards of Learning and federal No Child Left Behind testing results at the Carroll School Board regular meeting on Sept. 8.
