HILLSVILLE — A search of a vehicle stuck in the snow on Dec. 23, 2009, led to three indictments that the Carroll grand jury certified against a 33-year-old Dobson, N.C., man on Monday.
The indictments against George Douglas Wright included possession of meth with the intent to distribute, possession of a firearm while in possession of a schedule II substance and distribution of a schedule II drug on public property or property within 1,000 feet of property open to public or private schools, according to paperwork from the Carroll County Circuit Court Clerk's office.
