Carroll fatality's cause unknown

Virginia State Police responded to a single-car accident that resulted in a fatality near the intersection of Virginia 94 and Byllesby Road in Carroll County on March 12, according to Virginia State Trooper Alan Vaughan.
The accident resulted in an injury and one fatality, Vaughan said.
Driver Tammy Lyn Richardson was reportedly traveling south on Virginia 94 near the intersection of Byllesby when she suddenly ran off of the road. Her husband, Steven Lee Richardson, was a passenger.
