HILLSVILLE — Carroll educators have asked students enrolled in the Virginia Virtual Academy to stand alone in terms of the Standards of Learning test scores, separating them from the scores coming out of the county’s 10 brick-and-mortar schools.
To that end, Carroll County Public Schools has filed a waiver request on testing results, as well as other requirements that they feel should not apply to the online learning program.
