Carroll could replace HVAC, save money

HILLSVILLE  — An energy efficiency program may work to fund an update to Carroll County High School’s heating and air conditioning system, along with help from Rural Development.
One of outgoing School Superintendent Greg Smith’s last recommendations to the Carroll School Board is to consider these items to change out the high school’s more than 40-year-old mechanical system.
