HILLSVILLE — Two change orders approved last week for the Phase III construction projects could provide some relief to students at Carroll County’s intermediate and high schools.
The Carroll School Board on March 19 approved a revision of $499,000 that will result in cooler classrooms for students at the intermediate school. The replacement of water lines and fixtures for $760,000 will lead to renovated bathrooms at the high school.
