HILLSVILLE — Carroll County supervisors signed off on one more water and sewer regulation for the Public Service Authority at their Aug. 11 meeting.
Supervisors had considered a raft of new regulations for the water and sewer service authority at their July meeting, and postponed decisions on controversial measures.
One matter that was tabled involved declaring Carroll County as the exclusive service area for the authority and allowing the authority to implement mandatory connections for new systems.
