The Body Shop specializes in custom autos

The Body Shop, located at 1875 Meadow St. in Galax, opened in May to offer high-quality body work — everything from painting to building custom mold and body kits to fiberglass and metal work.
Chris Davis, owner of the shop, specializes in rare cars, he said, as he showed the 1988 McClaren Mustang he's working on — one of only 200 of those cars made.
