I am writing about your Jan. 14 article on the vultures in Galax.
Your distinction between buzzards and vultures is a bit confusing, though. Your headline mentioned “black-winged buzzards and vultures,” when in fact both vulture species have predominantly black wings.
You went on to say “the common buzzard more closely resembles a hawk.” This did not make any sense either. What is a common buzzard?
