WILSON, N.C. — It appears that the trustee in AmerLink's bankruptcy case will try to get the lease on Carroll County property at the former log home company's sales office turned over to a bank to satisfy AmerLink's debts.
Carroll County has been trying to make sure that the property — a home sales office and visitors' center at the Southwest Virginia Farmers Market — come back to the county for its use.
