RICHMOND — There's been no objection about turning log home manufacturer AmerLink's financial reorganization into a full-fledged liquidation, says an attorney for Carroll County.
The official order to change AmerLink's voluntary Chapter 11 bankruptcy request into a Chapter 7 — where the company would be broken up and sold to pay debts — has not come through the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Wilson, N.C., but Carroll attorney William Gray expects it at any time.
